    • For reimbursement of medical claim , refer from BHEL, doctor to panel hospital/ doctor/ diagnostic center is mandatory.
  • The medicines prescribed by the outside doctors, should be taken from the company hospital / dispensary only.
  • No reimbursement will be allowed for purchase of medicines or payment for diagnostic test etc. except in case of emergencies/odd hours/ problems of logistics for which expenditure incurred in respect of the same will be reimbursed up to Rs. 2000/ in a financial year on submission of prescription and cash memos.
  • The reimbursement of these charges will be done as per rates prescribed in BHEL Schedule.
  • This amount can be claimed on conclusion of the financial year.
